A client research study conducted by Kantar, the world’s leading data, insights and consulting company, has concluded that client satisfaction with the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator consistently rises from year to year.
According to the findings, when choosing a business partner in the iGaming industry, the highest functional priorities are fair pricing, a wide portfolio of games and providers, and ease of technical integration and support. The significance of having licences and certifications for regulated markets is also important, increasing from 32% in 2022 to 47% this year.
In terms of emotional considerations, respondents highlighted level of service, long-term and reliability and simple and quick communication with account managers as the most important. And matching these key functional and emotional characteristics is essential for operators.
Kantar report that 93% of current clients are satisfied with the SOFTSWISS Game Aggregator, with 53% of respondents giving highly positive feedback, and a rating of between nine and 10 points. This exceeds the previous year’s findings, where the highest ratings were provided by 37% of respondents.
